Last Friday night we wrapped up and enjoyed the Heligan Night Garden at the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The site was all lit up with mushrooms, ladybirds, bees, fairies, owls, Christmas lights and we joined in with marshmallow toasting around a big fire pit. It was a wonderful experience and fed our ‘inner child’! Heligan is easily accessible from Rowse in just over an hour and is well worth a visit not only when it’s dark and atmospheric, but especially during the summer months. There are dog friendly trails and your four-legged friends are welcome on leads. Click here for more information.
